We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds or exchanges are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

More than 14 days have passed since the delivery date.

The item has been worn, altered, washed, or damaged.

Original labels and tags are missing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. After assessment, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Online Purchases

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed and must include all original tags.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment if the return is made within 14 days of the shipping date.

Items returned after 14 days but within 21 days of the shipping date are eligible for store credit only.

Returns beyond 21 days will not be accepted.
Exchanges

We offer free one-way shipping on exchanges for domestic orders made within 7 days of delivery.

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, but we will cover the cost of sending the replacement.

If the replacement item is more expensive, the difference will be charged to your original payment method.

If it is less expensive, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
