Returns & Exchanges
Refunds are accepted within 14 days of the original delivery date. You will be responsible for covering the cost of the return shipment. Please kindly note that the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds or exchanges generally take up to 7 business days after receipt of the item. We do not accept refunds or exchanges if:
More than 14 days have passed since you received the item.
If the item has been damaged or altered in any way that would prevent us from selling the item as new.
Damaged, defective, incorrect products or a product without the original labels and tags attached.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please kindly notify us immediately. Once we assess the product and determine whether the garment is damaged, defective or incorrect, we reserve the right to send you a new garment or to refund you, and we will cover shipping costs.
For online purchases, returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED and with ALL tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange request if the return does not comply with this policy. For online orders, refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase IF THE ITEM(S) IS RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS of the ship date. All orders returned after that time period will be subject to a store credit within 21 days of the original date the item(s) was shipped out.
We offer free one-way shipping on all exchanges, on all domestic orders within 7 days of the original date of delivery. You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the returned item back to us.
Your original purchase price shall be applied to the purchase of your new item. Based on the nature of your return, there are two possibilities:
If the replacement item is more expensive the difference will be charged to your original payment method.
If the replacement item is less expensive, the difference will be credited to your original payment method.
